A CLEAR VIEW OF THE EVIDENCE

This is a separate design prototype for Texas Best Properties, reviewed October 22, 2026. It is not the brokerage’s production website. The existing brokerage site remains the source for its published team, services and contact information.
People and places
- Texas Best Properties — business name, existing identity, service area and source website.
- Jackie Black’s official biography — broker and published contact details. The prototype does not reconcile conflicting office addresses or founding dates.
- Community pages: Keller, Southlake and Grapevine.
- City of Keller — Parks at Town Center: two lakes, 1.1-mile hike and bike trail, and the published park address. Source observed October 20 and reviewed October 22, 2026. Check the city for current access and conditions.
- Keller ISD maps: verify school boundaries directly. Nearby schools do not establish a property’s assignment.

These photographs are historical views. They do not confirm current market schedules, current conditions, or a relationship to any listed home.
Existing brand and inspiration media
The wordmark, agent portraits, Fort Worth arrival image, kitchen interior and pool scene come from the brokerage’s existing website. They are reused here for this commissioned prototype; confirm current usage rights before a public commercial launch. The interior and pool are explicitly labeled inspiration. They are not identified listings and do not establish availability, features or location.
Satellite imagery is provided by Mapbox. Required Mapbox and OpenStreetMap attribution remains visible. Community centers are approximate geographic reference points, not property locations. Listing markers use only provider-supplied, display-permitted coordinates.
Homes and evidence
Native connected MLS results require the brokerage’s authorized SimplyRETS account and feed approval. Until connected, the site links to the existing brokerage search. The optional sample switch uses the official SimplyRETS public demonstration feed. These are fictional test records, not available DFW homes.
Each property detail panel distinguishes the provider’s feed refresh time, the application retrieval time and the listing modification time. Missing fields and withheld information are shown honestly. A loaded result page is not the complete market.
The optional AI guide
The guide is an AI, not Jackie. Voice requires a configured OpenAI GPT-Live account and secure shared session storage. Start is a deliberate action. The microphone is never requested on page load. Voice conversations use OpenAI processing; this demo does not request stored audio recordings. On-screen transcripts remain in the current tab.
Questions about homes must use verified tool results. Website actions require application acknowledgment. Preparing an inquiry does not send it. Online submission requires explicit confirmation and a real delivery receipt. An email draft is sent only through your own email app.
What still needs production approval
Current community film and photography; higher-resolution agent portraits; approval of media rights; the authorized MLS feed and its disclosures; GPT-Live access; persistent session storage; inquiry delivery and retention settings; and current brokerage consumer notices. The prototype intentionally makes these limits visible.
